Learn all the basics about paper quilling, the basic shapes in quilling and how to make your own design from the shapes.

You don't need to be an artist or crafter to join this class. All you need is to have a curiosity to learn.

Supplies you need to start:

Printout of the worksheet on a thick paper, or draw a tabular column from my PDF (Find it in class Resources)
A quilling slotted tool, or just a toothpick
Quilling paper strip, or just a sheet of paper we use for writing (you will learn how to cut your own paper strips in the class)
White glue
Tweezer (optional)
Circle scale (optional)
The class explains in-depth detail about the basic tools, how to start even without basic tools, types of papers used in the craft and guide you towards using the newly learnt shapes into your designs.

Make a simple flower with the shapes we learnt
To do in the class

We have a hands-on part, where we practice the basic shapes in Quilling. Take a print out of the PDF (available in class resources), on a thick paper or draw the tabular column on a thick sheet of paper. Practice the shapes along with me in the class. When needed, pause the video and finish your shapes.
