Mosaic Stack (West Coast IPA) | Russian River Brewing Company | Beer Review |

In this review, I'm going to take a look at another beer from the Russian River Brewing Company (‪@russianriverbrewingcompany8760‬), and it's their Mosaic Stack. This is what they're calling somewhat of a modern West Coast IPA that is brewed with Mosaic and Simcoe hops. I've loved all the hop-forward offerings I've had from Russian River, and this sounds like it should be quite tasty, so let's find out if it is! Commercial Description:

Mosaic Stack IPA is brewed with 90% Mosaic hops and 10% Simcoe hops, and embodies a more modern West Coast IPA. This easy-drinking beer has beautiful hop aromas and flavors followed by a dry hoppy finish.
