In the first episode of Cesar 911 Season 3, I meet a grandmother who is getting terrorized in her home by her grandson's pup. This Chihuahua mix gets set off and bites the grandmother all the time. Clearly there are some triggering factors that are leading to this behavior and the grandson is not being a Pack Leader. I need to step in and help right away before this family gets torn apart.
