I was listening to a leveling guide for shield wall the other day, and while the content creator was nice I got irked when he was telling people to not do sekhema in act 2 until the end of the act. Something something......sekhema isn't melee friendly. While he's not wrong I felt it was a complete disservice to tell people to delay a well deserved power boost, but to also continue spreading the misinformation that sekhema is difficult. I've farmed sekhema in softcore trade since 0.1 with melee builds. Most of them warriors. No, I'm not as fast as someone with a temporalis coc spark blood mage whatever setup.

My reason for posting this is to show people that you can comfortably do the entire trial with subpar gear, and hardly take much damage with shield skills. Keep an eye on my honour throughout the run, and you'll see what I mean. One thing I could consider doing is posting another run were I don't get raincaller. That major boon allowed me to snag every minor boon quickly. This was done on a hardcore solo self found character, so I absolutely didn't want to die while doing this. HCSSFBTW. IYKYK.
