🍽️ Ingredients (सामग्री)
🔸 For Instant Rabdi (इंस्टेंट रबड़ी के लिए):
500 ml Full Cream Milk (फुल क्रीम दूध)
2 White Bread Slices (सफेद ब्रेड स्लाइस)
¼ cup Condensed Milk / Milk Powder (कंडेंस्ड मिल्क / मिल्क पाउडर)
8–12 Saffron Strands (केसर)
1 tbsp each: Chopped Almonds, Cashews, Pista (कटे हुए ड्रायफ्रूट्स)
¼ tsp Cardamom Powder (इलायची पाउडर)
Pinch of Yellow Food Colour (पीला रंग)

🔸 For Litchi Gulla (लीची गुल्ला के लिए):
15–20 Fresh Lychees (ताजा लीची)

🔸 For Stuffing (भरावन के लिए):
200 gm Khoya/Mawa (मावा)
50 gm Grated Paneer (कद्दूकस पनीर)
1 tbsp Kesar Milk (केसर दूध)
1 tbsp Chopped Cashews (कटे काजू)
½ tbsp Chopped Almonds (कटे बादाम)
1 tbsp Powdered Sugar (पिसी शक्कर)
1 tsp Pista Essence (पिस्ता एसेंस)
1/8 tsp nutmag powder
