4R70W Bind up on 2-3 shift

In this video, i have to repair this trans under the warranty, it came back with a bind-up on the 2-3 shift, the mechanical diode must free wheel in 3rd and 4th gear, the part was locked up and would not turn in either direction, this is what caused the bind-up.
