The Amarnath Yatra is one of India's most challenging and arduous pilgrimages, as the yatra route is in a high altitude and rugged terrain. This Yatra takes place during July and August, attracting thousands of pilgrims from all over India and other parts of the world. As the 2023 Amarnath Yatra will be commencing soon to ease the pilgrims' journey, the MEIL workforce has geared up to complete our scope of bridge and road works. Mainly the road leading to Sonmarg Market will be resurfaced and readied along with the installation of street lights. MEIL is, as always, at the forefront of serving people we will be doing our best to make the Yatra safe and hassle-free.
