In this video, we gonna show you how you can refine your xrd data in an easy way.
the best way to RR, steps are as follows:
1. Scale factor
2. Background data (only to point) with zero instrument coefficient and lattice parameters.
3. shape parameter
4. atomic positions along with IG
5. individually refine all the occupancy
at the end and refine all the background points.
