This video is about nuclear program of Pakistan, how it was originated and how Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto became obsessed with nuclear bombs after knowing the status of Indian nuclear bomb program.. Bhutto Hired Munir Ahmad Khan to do this job and asked him to complete in 4 years, however it was hard for Munir Ahmad Khan to make fissile material which caused the delay in production of nukes, in 1974 Abdul Qadir Khan joined the program and started working on uranium enrichment and fissile material. Abdul Salam also played a very important part as he found that head of Manhattan projects were theoretical physicist, he started TPG which aided Munir Ahmad Khan and Abdul Qadeer Khan. Deposits of Uranium were found in Dera Ghazi Khan which also helped the process to go more smooth. Abdul Qadeer Khan used Gas Centrifuge a "not a material of choice" for Highly enriched Uranium (HEU) which had a backlash from other scientists that i can never be done, but AQ Khan continued to do it and got it right. In 1998 Pakistan tested successfully 6 nuclear devices in Chagai which solidified Pakistan's position in the world. Pakistan is reported to have 70 to 90 nuclear bombs as of 2010.
