For coffee lovers out there, here is another way to make your iced coffee using instant coffee. The procedures used in making these drinks were inspired by Greek Frappe. I put my own twists and came up with these 5 delicious recipes.

5:05 ICED INSTANT COFFEE CARAMEL
6:02 ICED INSTANT COFFEE BROWN SUGAR

Enjoy.
1oz = 30ml

MILK SYRUP (Commercial 100% sweetness level)
2 cans Condensed Milk (approximately 300g/can)
1 can Evaporated Milk (approximately 370ml/can)
Mix together. Refrigerate when not in use. Shelf life up to at least 1 week, refrigerated.

MILK SYRUP (Commercial 50% sweetness level)
1 can Condensed Milk (approximately 300g)
1 can Evaporated Milk (approximately 370ml/can)
Mix together. Refrigerate when not in use. Shelf life up to at least 1 week, refrigerated.

MILK SYRUP (Commercial 25% sweetness level)
1 can Condensed Milk (approximately 300g/can)
2 cans Evaporated Milk (approximately 370ml/can)
Mix together. Refrigerate when not in use. Shelf life up to at least 1 week, refrigerated.

MILK SYRUP (Commercial 0% sweetness level)
Use only fresh milk - amount as per recipe

RECIPE 16oz cups
ICED INSTANT COFFEE AMERICANO
2 tsp Instant Coffee
1 tbsp Ice Cold Water
Ice
Water to fill the cup to the top

ICED INSTANT COFFEE LATTE
2 tsp Instant Coffee
1 tbsp Ice Cold Water
60 ml Milk Syrup
Ice
Water to fill the cup to the top

ICED INSTANT COFFEE MOCHA
2 tsp Instant Coffee
1 tbsp Ice Cold Water
60 ml Milk Syrup
1 tbsp Milo/Ovaltine/Dark Chocolate
Ice
Water to fill the cup to the top
Sprinkle with a generous amount of Milo powder on top

ICED INSTANT COFFEE CARAMEL
2 tsp Instant Coffee
1 tbsp Ice Cold Water
45 ml Milk Syrup
15 ml Caramel Syrup
Ice
Water to fill the cup to the top

ICED INSTANT COFFEE BROWN SUGAR
2 tsp Instant Coffee
1 tbsp Ice Cold Water
45 ml Milk Syrup
15-20 ml Brown Sugar Syrup
Ice
Water to fill the cup to the top
