Arras Minerals Corp. (TSXV:ARK) is one of the latest new listings on the TSX Venture Exchange, trading under the symbol “ARK”.
The company was formed and spun-off from Silver Bull Resources to hold Silver Bull’s interests in the Beskauga Project in Kazakhstan.
Kazakhstan is one of the most prospective countries in the world for a number of metals, ranking as a top 10 producer globally for copper, uranium, chromite, zinc, coal and iron ore.
Arras has a 4-year option to acquire 100% of the Beskauga copper-gold project, which requires the company to spend US$15M in exploration expenditures over 4 years, after which time Arras can purchase 100% of Beskauga for a US$15 million cash payment.
