The assistant engineer, responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, was also suspended. Atishi emphasized that strict action will be taken against all responsible officers, regardless of their rank, as soon as the magistrate's report is available. The violations include running classes and a library in the building's basement—an area only permitted for vehicle parking—and illegal encroachment on drains by coaching centers.
