For me this is the best gym i have been to in a long time just for the sheer options of equipment floor space, functional fitness bottom floor and resistance machines on both upper floors with free weights all top quality equipment. This just gives you so many options of workouts you can do so you don't get bored, hats of to Stay Fit great gym !!
