This past week we ventured to Napa Valley to tour Fisher Vineyards and learn about propanes role in helping their 100 year old vineyard be sustainable. You might be asking yourself what does propane have to do with sustainability and wine making --- well Fisher Vineyards relies on propane for maintaining refrigeration in the barrel-aging process, preparation of grapes, and storage in fermentation tanks -- and it was so neat to see it all and learn about their relationship too.
