In a world where people are often seen as either an introvert or extrovert, it is important to look instead at how both personality types can work together and why it is important to have different perspectives. Austin Lazarus is a student at Chatfield Senior High School and will be a Miami University Business student next year. He is the Co-President of Jefferson County Relay for Life and is part of the nationally recognized Link program at his high school. He has been a student athlete all four years of high school. He is a Superfan and works to spread school spirit across Chatfield. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
