Motion Tracking Tutorial For COD (Particles & More)

More tutorials soon :) I realized i forgot to mention the render settings for element, you definitely want to mess with those a bit such as increasing the shadows and ambient occlusion, playing with the Glow controls (if you text has glow on in inside Element)
