My next guest is Holistic Leadership and Mindset coach, Amina AlTai. While she did not directly come up with that question, it was something that inspired her during her two day silent retreat, at home. Post retreat, she knew she needed to do something in order to give back.

While we filmed this episode just over a month ago, and talk through some additional insights like donating proceeds from some of her coaching sessions to charity and what she is doing to stay healthy during the time of Covid, the underlying message is abundantly clear and timely, how do we want to show up in the world? How do we want to be of service and what are we being called to do in order to affect change?

While I wrestled with posting anything as it felt somewhat tone deaf to what is happening and what has been happening in the world, for quite some time, I decided to follow in Amina's footsteps and use this post to highlight and help provoke thought on being a maker or a taker.
