In this video, we will cover how a Salesforce Administrator can display a related record component conditionally on an object that supports dynamic lightning pages. For this example, we’ll use the case object. Let’s say I want to display the contact details when the client is almost out of hours. First, I’ll edit the lightning page layout by clicking on the setup gear in the upper right-hand corner and then select edit page, then I’ll add the conditions to my related record lightning component. I set up this lighting component in our previous video, so I’ll click on the component then select add the filter to input my filter criteria. For this example we’ll set the total hours remaining as less than or equal to 10 hours now we can save and check.
