Do Cheap Valve Seat Reamer Kits ACTUALLY WORK - Can You Do Your Own DIY Valve Job at Home?

I bought a set of cheap Universal Valve Seat Reamer Motorcycle Repair Displacement Cutter Tool Set from eBay and wanted to see if I could do you own 3 angle valve job on my vintage 1971 Honda Trail 90 CT90. You can find these budget valve seat reamer and cutter kits on Amazon as well under the names huyear, POWSTRO K and other weird brand names. They all come in the same cheap plastic case. If everything works out I have a bunch of ATC90, ATC110, dirt bike and other motorcycle heads I will be using this tool to rebuild.

Will this cheap kit work in the long run or should I break down and buy a nicer set, or should I leave it to the pros at the machine shop?
