She Can't Take A Breath

Some of my friends said I should have included a call to action in my video. I chose not to for several reasons:

~I believe healing comes from sitting with wounds and emotions first, rather than instantly moving to FIX them.

~I don't like cutting off Flow with my well-intended expectations. Nature can tell you herself what she wants you to do. Find your own personal way of getting your knee off her fucking neck. Maybe she'll give you an inspiration no one else has thought of yet.

~I don't like telling other people what to do because I hate it when people try to tell me what to do. So, instead, I will tell you what I do. Take what you like and leave the rest.

1. I read -- like actual books (not on audible) -- and I rarely watch television. I'm not a scientist. I'm just a nerd. I like to study -- for fun.

2. I buy food from regenerative farms and I have my own garden. Regenerative farming means giving life back to the earth instead of just TAKING life from it. You can google "CSA box near me" to find a listing of farmers who have CSA boxes for purchase.

3. This year, for the first time in my life, I plan to vote for the candidate who I believe will bring it all down the fastest. The sooner the collapse, the sooner we can get on with starting over and trying again. The status quo has officially failed.

5. I go outside -- and lot. I have relationships with trees, the animals, the grass, the sky -- all of it -- it's hard to objectify something that feels real and alive and conscious.
