What is the Bank of America Student Leaders program? - It is a group of 315 students who are all working at local nonprofits for eight weeks. On the seventh or eighth week of their internship, all 300+ students are flown out to Washington DC for a leadership summit where they're able to network with government officials and explore the capital of the United States. This is a very selective program as less than 3% get chosen.
