Finally tried baking a carrot cake and here are the ingredients I used:

all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 ¼ cups vegetable oil
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 large eggs
4 medium carrots


FOR CREAMY FROSTING
225g cream cheese
1 ¼ cups powdered sugar
