This Sunday January 26th, while still riding the energy of the parade of planets, we co-hosted a workshop with Still Rising Wellness, focusing on intention and renewal for the 2025 year. This workshop helped us to understand more about being a mindful sovereign being and intentional creator.

It's about reclaiming your power and understanding that you're not bound by the limitations, fears or expectations imposed by society.

Take time to go within, rest, review and understand where you are holding yourself back.

An intentional being of conscious creation knows and understands they are the creator of their own reality guided by their inner compass rather than external rules.

When we become a conscious creator we choose to heal and reveal the intrinsic part of ourselves.

It's time to choose empowering ways of being.
