The Simpsons Hit & Run - Annoy Squidward Level 1 Massive Update

Level 1's design has completely changed! The buildings are a whole new texture to match Level 2! There are also a lot of brand new buildings modeled by Hell Inspector, Ozzel, and Weasel on a Stick! This is to prepare the mod for release... soon.
