“Pillsburied” was a pop-up art exhibit and installation that serves as a sequel to the popular “Visitors” event held at the abandoned Pillsbury Mills factory in Springfield, Illinois. In this exhibit, 3 tons of artifacts, art, and curiosities were installed in a long-unused commercial space in downtown Springfield. The result was an immersive experience that reflected the history, decay, and unique art-making activities found at the Pillsbury site over the previous year. The exhibit was curated by Robert Mazrim and featured the work of Mazrim and the graffiti artist "Shock". It also included hundreds of historical artifacts recovered from the abandoned flour mill and pre-mix factory.

The exhibit remained in placed and was scheduled to reopen in July 2024, when a fire destroyed the building and the entire exhibit, on June 19 2024.

This video was shot and edited by Matthew Konicek in 2024. The soundtrack is by the Fossil Aerosol Mining Project.
