Breakfast Cereal Vodka Wash
OG: 1.078 - FG: 1.000 - ABV: 10.23%

Ingredients
1 box Grape Nuts Cereal https://amzn.to/3j1V4s2 or your choice of preservative free cereal
16 pounds (7.25kg) of white sugar
10 gallons (40L) of water
1teaspoon (4g) DAP Yeast Nutrient - https://amzn.to/2Cu7OXL
4Tablespoons (50g) Distillers Active Dry Yeast - https://amzn.to/3gTy6Bu
2teaspoons (8g) Cream of Tartar or 8tsp (40ml) Lemon Juice

Procedure:
1. Invert the 16 pounds (7.25Kg) of sugar by boiling in 4 gallons (16L) of water with 2 tsp (8g) cream of tartar or 8tsp (40ml) of lemon juice for 20 minutes. Cool to room temp.
2. Then split into buckets, top up with water to get a total volume of 10 gallons (40L) of sugar wash.
3. Split the cereal into 2 mesh bags and put 1 bag in each bucket. Add yeast nutrient and yeast, then oxygenate the sugar wash with vigorous whisking or use an air pump ( https://amzn.to/3gQUdJ0 )
4. Airlock the buckets and let it ferment for 2 weeks until your gravity reading is 1.000.
