Brigid Aucoin: Weekend at Bernie's 2 bit (May 25, 2024, DYS)

The Goddess herself, brought it back to the 80's with a very silly bit.

If you haven't seen this movie this act is from, after the events of the 1st movie (where rich a**hole boss gets killed before 2 blokes come stay at the beach house, the 2 blokes decide to pretend hes alive for the weekend). Everyone knows he is dead now, but some people steal the body and try to do (I believe) some voodoo on Berine's body, to bring him to life to guide them to riches hidden in the Caribbean, only, instead of using chicken bones (like instructed), they use pigeon bones, which makes it, well, kinda work. Bernie is only able to move (well, kinda dance) only and only while music is playing.

I remember watching this with my family as a kid and was hilarious.

The outfit was literally: "dam, I need to look like the 80's" I tired very much to look like Berine himself but that was way out of budget, the tartan shorts were a last second decision as I realized once I got fully ready that the shorts part of the 80's jumper thingy were "too short" (but got as they were the most 80's thing I could find) and well, I ain't doing that, so Cape Breton tartan shorts to the rescue.

The loud "thud" was my head, no injuries, had someone quickly check me over after and stayed up until about 2am to make sure it was no concussion.

The audio is a custom mix I made for the act (see in uploads), which is a mix of songs and such from the movie: "Weekend at Bernie's 2".
