Welcome to Day 7 of Gymas – Upper Body strength Workout! 🎄🔥

Today we’re using heavy dumbbells with a low rep strength workout. This session will keep your heart rate steady while targeting all major muscle groups in your upper body for strength and stamina. Perfect for building muscular strength and burning calories!

💥 Today's Workout:

✅ Dumbbell Shoulder Press 4 sets x 8 reps
✅ Dumbbell Chest Press 4 sets x 8 reps
✅ Dumbbell Row 4 sets x 8 reps
✅ Weighted Plank Hold 3 sets, hold for 30-45 s

🛠 What You’ll Need:
A pair of medium-heavy dumbbells
A mat (optional)

🕒 Rest Time: 60 seconds between sets
