Panasonic Q Mods! DVD Drive repair, region switch, and ViperGC install!

The Panasonic Q is a combination DVD player/Gamecube console that was released exclusively in Japan. These consoles have a cool aesthetic, but they are hard to find and break very easily. On this week's Fix It Friday we will show you how to repair a damaged DVD drive, install a USA/Japan region switch, and install a very rare GameCube modchip, the ViperGC!
