In this week’s video I’m sharing the best nighttime routine tips for a healthy scalp. From herbal scalp massages to proper moisturization you will learn the most effective ways to care for your scalp before bed and why the nighttime is the best time to do these routines based on your natural biology.

//Aloe & Tea Tree (For Healthy, Dry and Dandruff Scalp)
1 cup aloe vera gel or juice
3-4 drops of tea tree oil
Massage and leave on scalp for 30 minutes or overnight once aloe has absorbed.

//Herbal Scalp Massage (For Healthy and Dry Scalp)
Massage scalp using a blend of a carrier oil and essential oil.
2 oz carrier oil w/ 4-5 drops of essential oil of your choice.

//Flaxseed & Clove (For Healthy and Dry Scalp)
1 cup of flaxseed gel or oil (the oil has a comedogenic rating of 4, so be mindful if you choose the oil.)
Add 3-4 drops of clove oil to flaxseed and massage into scalp. Leave on for 30 minutes or overnight once flaxseed has absorbed.
