Schindler H-Xpress hydraulic elevators at Fairfax Towne Center in Fairfax VA with machine room!

(10/08/2022) Enjoy a ride on some childhood elevators I've not been on for a while that were redone by Schindler again. I remember the old RTs being crappy and had a scent of urine. Schindler, you did a pretty decent job modding these.

I was never expecting the management to forget to fully close the machine room door. If it were closed, I would've never gotten the opportunity to do a surprise machine room tour. Anyone who unauthorizedly enters a machine room when it's locked and possesses keys for it may be guilty of breaking and entering, so don't recreate this.

DISCLAIMER:
Please do not enter a machine room unless you absolutely know what you are doing and you have explicit permission from the building owner. The elevators here are rated at 480 volts of electricity. Never put your hands on anything in a machine room. Even though the management did a poor job closing the machine room door, please do not recreate this.
