WHAT IS THE PETROL ADDITIVES AND TYPES?

Petrol additives, also known as fuel supplements, are generally chemicals that are mixed in fuel as they claim to enhance the performance of your motorcycle for a certain time period. There are the different types of fuel additives available in the market, which can be used with gasoline like complete engine cleaner, octane booster and injector cleaner.

Engine Cleaner Additive/ Fuel system Cleaner
• Company claims that, in old bike there as carbon deposits on Values, Pistons it can clean them and also it ll clean fuel line and carburetor

Octane booster Additive
• They claim it will increase rating of octane in fuel and it’ll burn fuel properly combustion will be done properly and enhance engine performance

Fuel Injector cleaner Additive
• It’ll clean fuel injection system when it is mixed with petrol

Before use the above additives you should know for what your add it

If you bike is new please don’t add it can void your warranty if it has run below 30,000kms it’ll not work.
Vehicles brands promote Octane booster Additive only on higher performance Cars/Bikes. But it does not help much. If you want then use high octane fuel like POWER/SPEED/EXTRA PREMIUM

Only use good brand products as per the instruction given as per recommended mixer quantity
