Getting clean and sober is tough and you CAN do it! But we can't do it alone! Finding sober supports is essential to maintaining a clean and sober life. Too often people coming out of substance abuse treatment programs do not have strong support systems in place to help maintain sobriety and clean living. Returning from rehab or deciding to get clean or sober can be stressful; you have to find a healthy support system of people who are positive influences in your life and who will support you and help you reach your goals.

Join my sister and me as we share our journey through addiction and recovery, from the perspective of the addict and of the family. Laura is a non-user who is trying to better understand addiction and recovery in attempt to be more patient, compassionate, and forgiving.
