So with Season 14's new items, some like Statikk Shiv were changed a little bit, losing AP ratios but doing a lot of magic damage up front, but the new Voltaic Cyclosword, together with the usual Energize suspects of Rapid Firecannon for extra range, and Stormrazor for uncontested damage create what is possibly the most powerful auto attack in all of League of Legends. Imagine this with Thresh's Arena 300% AD Ratio!
Finishing with a Navori Quickblade will increase the magic damage from his AD ratio and Souls but not the energize damage, and Infinity Damage will simply improve your physical DPS, and otherwise you could go for any standard AD option like Lord Dominik's Regards, Blade of the Ruined King, Bloodthirster, or whatever really. At the end of the day, you're building this to demolish someone in oneshot for no reason other than "the funny".
At least that's my reasoning.
