Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, principal owners of the 'Birch by Romeo Lane' nightclub in Goa that caught fire on December 6 killing 25 people, have returned to India after deportation from Thailand.

The brothers arrived on an Indigo flight and will undergo immigration clearance and medical tests before being produced at Patiala House Court. Goa Police, waiting at Terminal 3, are set to take them into custody for negligence and illegal construction violations.
