Alan Dershowitz: 'The Legal Cases Won't Effect His Presidency' | Donald Trump's Former Lawyer Reacts

Donald Trump's former lawyer Alan Dershowitz joined our US Election special coverage of W News last week to give us his immediate reaction to Donald Trump beating out Kamala Harris to becoming the 47th President of the United States.

Alan Dershowitz also gives us some insight into Donald Trump's pending legal cases, suggesting that many of the federal charges will be thrown out and that these cases "won't effect his Presidency".

He also gives his reasoning as to why he thinks Kamala Harris lost the election, stating that it is not "racism" like many people have suggested but instead her inexperience and that she was "not qualified" to be President.
