如果你有膝頭哥痛、腿內側冇力、走路跛跛下、腹股溝….. 有可能你的內收群肌(腿內側肌肉)武力或過緊。內收群肌是由塊肌肉組成的。他們負責腿向內伸展及寬關節內旋轉。但是如果這組肌肉過弱的時候,膝頭哥便會出現痛楚,行路便出現冇力,嚴重者可能會出現八字腳。

Dr. Joe 會教大家幾個運動去幫助改善腿內側肌肉過弱及做一些有效拉筋運動。如果沒有這問題也可以每日做來當保健,非常簡單易學一定幫到你。

In this video, Dr. Joe talked about the exercises for the Adductors (inner thigh muscles). They tend to become weak and tight. This will cause problems in the knee, such as pain when walking or limping if they get too weak. Weak and tight adductors can also cause groin pain and hip pain. These muscles involve inward movements of the leg and internal rotation of the hip. Dr. Joe will demonstrate the best exercises for the adductors. Remember, if during or after doing the exercises, you feel more pain and discomfort, please consult a doctor for further professional treatments.
