The last edition of the Concours International de Lyon of Cheese, Dairy Products and Charcuterie took place on November 29th, 2024!

The competition, hold at the Cité internationale, Lyon, gathered more than 600 tasters and was supervised by an independent inspector. Romain Le Gal, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Cheesemonger and Bernard-Marie François, Meilleur Ouvrier de France Charcutier-traiteur, supervised the competition and passed their know-how as an Honorary President.

The Quality Manager defined strict procedures to protect the health of our tasters and team. All the samples were tasted in conformity with stringent hygiene measures, competition regulations and our ISO9001 certification.

A total of 2531 samples including 1981 cheeses and dairy products and 550 charcuteries were judged by professional and enlightened amateur tasters and 841 products were awarded Gold and Silver medals.
