Ghee Roast Focaccia is my take on Focaccia with aromatic Ghee Roast Masala. Focaccia is a flat leavened oven-baked Italian Bread, where as Ghee Roast is typically a South Indian Masala , usually cooked with Chicken. Here, Ghee Roast Masala has been slathered generously on top of Focaccia before Baking.

Ingredients
For Ghee:
Butter - 250 gram
Cardamom & Roasted Fenugreek Seed Powder - 3/4 teaspoon
Tumeric Powder- 1/4 teaspoon

For Ghee Roast Masala:
Coriander Seed - 2 teaspoon
Cumin - 1.5 teaspoon
Fenugreek Seed - 1/4 teaspoon
Fennel Seed - 1.5 teaspoon
Peppercorn - 2 teaspoon
Dry Red Chilli - 7 nos
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 5 cloves
Aamchur Powder - 2 teaspoon
Tumeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1.25 teaspoon
Ghee - 4 tablespoon

For Toppings:
Onion - 1
Curry Leaves - 15 to 20
Ghee - 1 tablespoon

For Focaccia Dough:
Warm Water - 2 cup
Salt - 2 teaspoon
Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
Instant Yeast - 2 teaspoon
Bread Flour - 4 cup
Olive oil (greasing) - 3 tablespoon

Folding of the Dough: Here, there are 4 folds for each Set. And a rest time of 30 minutes in between. Usually, Focaccia dough has ample Bubble & a slight Jiggle to it. Hence, 4 sets is minimum.
