In Coronation Street last night, to celebrate its 60th anniversary it killed off its most hated character, Geoff Metcalfe. Ian Bartholomew, who plays Geoff, joins Lorraine to talk about his storyline which saw him abuse wife Yasmeen for two years.

He opens up about how playing the character has taken its toll on his emotional well-being and how working together with Shelley King, who plays Yasmeen, helped them both play their parts so well. He also reveals what's next for him now he has left the cobbles.
