Riding from Chiang Mai to Pai didn’t go as planned — but that’s travel life. I started the day trying to get my electric motorbike out of the driveway, we hit the road with no reservations, and somehow still ended up riding one of the most beautiful roads in Thailand. The plan was to visit the Long Neck Karen Village, but as usual, we were late, got distracted by views, had charging stops, and ended up in a super pink budget hotel instead. Eve might not be a “real” motorcycle, but she got us through it. This is what motorbike travel in Thailand is really like — messy, spontaneous, and full of surprises.
