[Strats Details]
Pokefantom: (   / pokefantom  ) found a viable way to switch T4-T5 to make it like TAS near the end of May, beginning of June.
This saves around 0.1-0.15 compared to the previous strat which allows us to be fast enough to get the absolute lowest possible time for T9 cycle.

To get this time, you need to meet some really precise conditions related to T9.
1- You need to land at exactly 8.13 (Fox is squatting on the floor on this frame)
2- Your laser needs to get out at exactly 8.13 as well
3- You need to be airborne at 8.15
4- Your height needs to be perfectly aligned while doing T7. Otherwise you could shoot / land at 8.13 and your laser would still be too high to hit T9.
5- You need to have your max horizontal air speed to the right in order to get back to max speed right after the edgecancel to get closer to T10.
6- You need to shoot T10 on the first possible frame or you will get 8.77 or worse.

After almost 3 month of attempts (on and off), I was finally able to clutch another 8.75 !
It's always hard to predict if new strats will be found in the future but considering T9 cycle this score is most likely maxed forever!

[Version Differences]
The only diffence for this stage is 1 less hitlag frame on T1, T2 and T7.
To be able to get 8.75, you need to be airborne after the up-b edgecancel at 6.11 or earlier which is 1 frame later than NTSC-U version.
Overall it is slightly easier to get 8.75 in this version.

[Inputs]
T1-T2
Hold C button before it starts, when you are airborne, weak up-air T1, drift to the right then dair Z-cancel T2.

T3
Double c-jump to the right to perfect land on top and laser T3.

T4-T5
I keep holding right as I land to start fast walking then I full C-jump to the right then I stick jump right for the double jump then I roll the stick to the left and shoot 2 quick laser.
This is actually a really tight window but with enough practice it's doable. I prefer to double jump with the stick jump for that specific scenario but it's not required.
You can double c-jump right then shoot really fast left.

T6
As you land, double c-jump left to perfect land on the top platform. Stick jump + double jump left laser T6
Then around where T6 is, you should up-b to the left.

T7
Once the up-b started, hold right to slipoff, then fastfall holding left, double jump fair and control your height / position with the ceiling to hit T7 late with a weak hit.

T8-T9
Fastfall laser T8, then hold right and press B while holding right.
You will still shoot to the left since your first laser was already to the left and the full animation was not over.
Essentially as soon as a laser come out, you can cancel the ending animation to shoot another laser right away. That's also why airborne laser are much faster than standing laser.
For T9 you need to shoot the lowest laser possible while slipping off.

T10
Keep holding right and time your last laser.

No idea what i'll do next, I do have a lot of strats that I want to do in the future, but i don't know when i'll go to another character. I was stuck here for so long :(
I probably got 100 + 8.77 before I got this run.. it's way easier to almost be perfect.
