360a Model Y Merge Crossover Wrap System YT

This unique system is based on a standard wrap system with the addition of a star wheel metering device for consistent product spacing. Beyond the wrap functionality, this system features another slight twist. With a focus on meeting production demands, the system incorporates a second labeling zone with a 360a Series Model Y Label Applicator and another wrap station. Downtime caused by a web break, run-out, or other critical faults are taken out of the equation as this system will automatically default from the primary applicator to the secondary when an issue arises causing a system alarm. Maintenance and/or operators now have the luxury of correcting any issues to the offline applicator while the labeling process is uninterrupted. Once issues are resolved, the system can be reversed back to the primary applicator to continue the labeling sequence.
