In this session recorded on February 24, 2002, Dr. Pillai leads a hydration and flower ritual for powerful karma removal. In the hydration ritual, Dr. Pillai pours milk, yoghurt, fruit, orange juice, and honey over the Shiva Lingam and the statue of Nandi the Bull (Lord Shiva’s vehicle). If you have a Shiva Lingam and some milk, orange juice, or even just water, you can join Dr. Pillai in this ritual. If you have a flower, he will also guide you to transfer your karma into the flower and then discard it outside upon completion. If you don’t have the elements for these rituals, you can simply sit quietly and chant along with Dr. Pillai. You can also replay this video and perform the rituals when you have the needed elements. These rituals can be performed at any time but are particularly powerful during the 13th Moon (waning and waxing). You can also perform the rituals daily during the last 90 minutes prior to sunset wherever you are.
