[3.19] Crafting Guide: 3 Levels of +2 Phys Sceptres, Beginner to (near?) Mirror Tier

Level 1:

Buy fractured +1 physical spells. Spam fossils (corroded, jagged, metallic, shuddering OR aetheric, corroded, metallic, shuddering) until +1 all spell skill gems. pray you can craft a mod you want, or you can scour suffixes if you have an open suffix (craft prefixes cannot be changed then scour) and multimod

Level 2: ilvl 80 sceptre
1. Alteration spam until +1 all spell skills (average 2-3k alterations)
IF suffix on the blue item too: imprint and annul until you only have magic base with +1 all spell
2. Imprint, then regal, then annul until you have a base with only +1 all spell skill gems, but its rare
3. Craft "can have 3 crafted modifiers" "cannot roll attack modifiers" "prefixes cannot be changed"
4. Harvest augment physical modifier
4 b): IF you have prefixes cannot be changed and "can have 3 crafted modifiers" left, you have a 50/50 chance to not have to craft "can have 3 crafted modifiers" again. IF; AND ONLY IF! you have "prefixes cannot be changed", you can annul to try and save it
5. (unless 4b worked) remove crafted modifiers, multimod with desired crafted mods
6. slam with redeemer exalted orb. 2/5 chance to get either hatred aura effect or spell double damage

Level 3:
same as level 2 until step 4
Instead of multimod:

craft prefixes cannot be changed, then use betrayal t4 aisling. If the veiled modifier is a suffix, prefixes cannot be changed and scour and go again, if prefix, pray you get spell damage unveil
IF YOU DO NOT GET SPELL DAMAGE: CHOOSE A MOD THAT DOES NOT HAVE CASTER TAG; IF YOU HAVE TO CHECK POE DB!!
then you can craft cannot roll caster and annul off the veiled modifier without risk.

after prefixes are done:
Craft prefixes cannot be changed
harvest augment modifier with the tag you want (in my case crit multi, if you want sth like cast speed do it with the right tag for that, and check weightings on poe db)
If not t1, craft pre cannot be changed again, scour, repeat step

now you can craft cannot roll caster and slam redeemer orb for 1/6 chance to get t1 hatred aura effect. you cannot go back from this step and will have to recraft entire sceptre if you miss. hatred aura effect is pretty much unmatched in power though.
