It's been a while since I shot this interview (Oscar Sunday to be precise) with Sylvie Ganter and Christophe Cervacel. Unfortunately I had a few camera and video issues and while I have been getting things fixed and in order, I have been far too patient but I also got a chance try Cédrat Enivrant for myself!
