350°F/175°C pre-heated oven for 15-20 min

➡️ BEEF SHORT RIBS
1kg beef short ribs
salt
pepper
onion powder
3 cloves garlic
1C beef stock
8oz tomato sauce
2T Worcestershire sauce
2T honey
½t dried thyme

➡️ MASHED POTATO
2 lb potato
half garlic head
aromatics of choice (parsley, spring onion, thyme, rosemary, sage, etc.)
1 stick unsalted butter
1C full milk
½C heavy cream
salt
pepper
chili flakes (optional)
honey (optional)
