Visit forest park Buloba in Uganda.

#Parks provide a place where people can be physically active to reduce #stress, which can improve their #mental #health. They also provide a place where people can meet, which improves community #connections.

Luckily we have this park in Uganda. Which we visited and had lots of #fun while there!
Some of the activities you can do while at forest park include:

-zip lining
-peddling
swimming
Ferris wheel
Swing chairs
-team building activities
-paint ball
-outdoor games like volleyball ball,soccer

And all these activities range between (ugx 5,000 -20,000)
