MRM Elgin – 12-Head Fill-to-Level Gravity Filler

Automatic stainless steel rotary filler rated 24–120 CPM. Handles containers from ½ oz to 2.5 gallons with proper change parts. Includes 128" conveyor, worm screw infeed, starwheel, (12) 1" OD nozzles on 7" centers, bottom-up fill, no-container/no-fill, vari-speed controls, and centrifugal feed pump.

SureKap SK600 – Inline Cap Tightener / Re-Torquer

Semi-automatic inline system for cap sizes 8–110 mm. Includes 120" conveyor, (3) tightening stations with (6) spindles, adjustable clutches, dual gripper belts, and independent speed control.
OAD: 120" L x 38" W x 63" H

Resina UN30 – Automatic 3-Station, 6-Spindle Capper

Rated 30–150 CPM depending on materials and setup. Capable of 10–70 mm caps with proper change parts. Features 120" conveyor, bump-wheel infeed, cap sorter, gripper belts, and three cap-tightening stations.

Arpac 25TW-28 – Shrink Bundler + Integrated Tunnel

Inline intermittent-motion bundler rated up to 25 bundles/min. Features 20" x 24" infeed conveyor, 28" vertical-travel seal jaw, side-mounted film racks, splice station, and shrink tunnel with 32" W x 16" H aperture and 29" wide conveyor. Includes PanelView HMI, diagnostics, bypass mode, and safety guarding.

New England NEBHHBTCEL-60 – Bottle Feeder / Cleaner / Unscrambler

Compact stainless steel bulk bottle feeder with 64" x 60" x 34" hopper, vertical elevator, 60" OD sorting bowl, ionized air cleaning, and triple-belt transfer. Bottle size capability ranges ⅝"–6.5" OD and up to 12" tall, including round, oval, tapered, and custom shapes.
