The next vehicle to be covered in this series is Lumberer, a 90s utility vehicle based off the old Humvees, its design remained similar in later games and in between is Loggerhead, basically a industrial logging machine.

Lumberer in C1 is a solid all-round Tier 3 vehicle with very good armor and offense (although inferior to C1 Hevy Impaler's offense) backed up with decent handling and power with upgrades. It is considered as a "cheat" vehicle in Max Pack, in the iOS/android version, it is Stealworthy from Rank 15, a solid choice for the final stages of career, however Tow Meister becomes Stealworthy from Rank 10 and that is usually the superior option.

Loggerhead in C2, you may be tempted to buy this vehicle for 2,500,000 credits and have a budget Big Dump behemoth in your hands, but don't, it is terrible. Sure it can wreck nearly all the opposition within a few minutes, but the armor for a 20 ton vehicle is surprisingly abysmal, driving into a solid wall or object like the checkpoint can either wreck yourself or take very heavy damage and suffer a hefty repair bill. The third-person camera for Loggerhead is not great and cockpit cam is not any better either. Finally thanks to its massive size, it would need to do a 3-5 point turn or take the turn at around 5-10mph in order to make a tight corner.

Lumberer returns in CR/MD and is a very good vehicle overall for the late stages of career. Armor is solid as it can take hits very well especially from most offensive powerups. Speaking of offense, it is quite good as well, its 3.33 strength rating can do some damage to most of the opposition. Unupgraded, Lumberer has a respectable top speed, but unfortunately its acceleration is quite weak, but thats to be expected for a heavyweight.

In multiplayer, Lumberer is in a high tier (A class) as it does very well in Car Crusher and even if off the pace against the faster vehicles in other game modes, it can intimidate the opposition and try to steal their laps, points etc for the win. It's durability makes it difficult to steal from Lumberer. It faces stiff competition from Project X which has taken the title for best heavyweight, Project X has the acceleration and offense to deal heavy damage, however Lumberer handles better and has the weight advantage to pressure the opposition. Both vehicles are very durable as well and can take plenty of punishment, even against god-tier opposition.
